NeuroDIVE Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13947010), with registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. We are referred to as “NeuroDIVE”, “we” or “us” in this policy.

We are a specialist inclusion consultancy providing support to neurodivergent individuals, organisations, schools and public services. Our SIC code is 85600 (Educational support services).

Maintaining the security of your data is a priority at NeuroDIVE, and we are committed to respecting your privacy rights. We pledge to handle your data fairly and legally at all times. NeuroDIVE is also dedicated to being transparent about what data we collect about you and how we use it.

NeuroDIVE (and trusted partners acting on our behalf) uses your personal data:

  • to provide services to you, including inclusion consultancy, coaching and educational support
  • to manage any correspondence or enquiries you send us
  • to verify your identity where necessary
  • for crime and fraud prevention, detection and related purposes
  • with your agreement, to contact you directly about our services, publications, events and news
  • for market research purposes – to better understand your needs
  • where we have a legal right or duty to use or disclose your information

4. Marketing Communications

NeuroDIVE may use your personal data for electronic marketing purposes with your consent. You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by:

  • making use of the simple “unsubscribe” link in any marketing emails we send

5. What Personal Data Do We Collect?

NeuroDIVE may collect the following information about you:

  • your name and contact details, including email address and postal address
  • your organisation and job title where relevant
  • your communication and marketing preferences
  • your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses
  • your correspondence and communications with NeuroDIVE
  • technical data including IP address and browser type when you visit our website

Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. Some of the above personal data is collected directly (for example when you contact us by email) and some is collected indirectly (for example via cookies when you browse our website).

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

NeuroDIVE will not disclose your personal data to any third party except in the following circumstances:

  • our trusted service providers and IT suppliers who help us operate our website and services, subject to contractual obligations to protect your data
  • governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts or tribunals where we are required to do so by law

To deliver our services, it is sometimes necessary for NeuroDIVE to share your data outside of the UK. We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data; however, the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 6 years, unless a longer period is required by law.

NeuroDIVE is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure. Our security measures include:

  • encryption of data where appropriate
  • use of secure and reputable service providers
  • internal policies setting out our data security approach

NeuroDIVE will never ask you to confirm any bank account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from us asking you to do so, please do not respond and contact us immediately.

Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights:

  • the right to ask what personal data we hold about you
  • the right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data
  • the right to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances

11. Legal Basis for Processing

We are required to set out the legal basis for our processing of personal data. We process your data on the following bases:

  • where it is necessary for our legitimate interests, such as providing and marketing our services, fraud prevention, and improving our website
  • where it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation
