NeuroDIVE is led by Claire Farmer and Sarah Bailey, two experienced leaders with deep roots in education, social care, public services, and business — united by a shared commitment to transforming how neurodivergent people are understood and supported.

Strategic leader, professional coach, and author. Known for designing systems that work for real people, particularly where complexity is high.

Senior leader across education and local authority systems, focused on relational practice, safeguarding, and sustainable change. Professional coach and mentor.
