About Us

We know systems weren’t built with
everyone in mind – and at NeuroDIVE,
we’re here to help you change that. Led by
Claire Farmer and Sarah Bailey, we bring
together lived experience and decades of
leadership across education, social care,
local authorities and business.

We understand how exclusion happens –
and more importantly, how to redesign
systems so that neurodivergent people
feel safe, seen and supported. Our work
is relational, strategic and rooted in what
works. And when organisations make the
right accommodations, the benefits
reach far beyond individuals – improving
culture, outcomes, and impact for
everyone.

Everything we do is rooted in our core ideals:
Diversify, Include, Value, and Empower.

We have 3 key strands of work encompassing all aspects of improving ND Lives.

Who We Are

NeuroDIVE is led by Claire Farmer and Sarah Bailey, two experienced leaders with deep roots in education, social care, public services, and business – united by a shared commitment to transforming how neurodivergent people are understood and supported.

Claire Farmer

Claire is an ICF-accredited coach, strategic advisor,
and former Headteacher with experience across
education, charities, and global business.
Specialising in inclusive leadership and cultural
change, she draws on her lived experience as an
autistic woman to help leaders and teams create
lasting impact.

Sarah Bailey

Sarah is a former Primary Headteacher, now Local
Authority Education Service Lead and coach, with
training in Dyadic Developmental Therapy. With 20+
years supporting neurodivergent young people and
lived experience as an autistic and ADHD leader, she
brings empathy, evidence, and a belief in the power
of relationships to her work.
We’re also supported by a growing group of expert associates, all with leadership experience at a strategic level as well as their own neurodivergent identities. Together, Claire and Sarah and their associates, blend lived experience with senior leadership and system-level impact — offering practical, relational support that helps people and organisations move forward with clarity and confidence.
