Safe Circle is NeuroDIVE’s dedicated strand for those
working directly with people — whether in social care,
health, housing, justice, advocacy or frontline services.
We focus on building awareness, confidence and
competence
through relational, neuro affirming
approaches that support long-term cultural change —
not just compliance.
Our aim is simple: to help individuals and teams
become safer, more inclusive, and more effective in
their everyday work with neurodivergent people.

What we offer

We provide engaging, evidence-informed training and development opportunities that meet
you where you are — from introductory awareness to deeper practice-based learning. Our
current workshop series includes:
  • Neurodiversity: An Introduction
  • Understand key concepts, challenge common myths, and explore how neurodivergence shows up across real-life contexts.
  • Ensuring Best Practice with Neurodivergent Clients
  • Practical guidance on communication, sensory differences, executive function, and coregulation — all grounded in lived experience and relational thinking.
Supporting Safely and Sustainably
For professionals in social care, education or therapeutic roles: how to support neurodivergent
individuals without causing harm, retraumatisation, or burnout (for them — or for you).

Why Safe Circle?

Because the people supporting others deserve the same care, understanding and
empowerment they offer daily.
Because trauma-informed, neuro-affirming practice shouldn’t be an add-on — it should be
the standard.
And because safer systems start with safer people.
